- On 16 June 2016, signed the Contract of cooperation between Alibaba.com and Krung Thai Bank (Public) Co., Ltd., to be the business partners and to perform marketing together in the field relating to looking for memberships.
- The Vending Corporation Co., Ltd. (“VDC”) has expanded continuously, with the leap-forward growth rate. On August 2016, there was an increase of the registered capital to 200.0 million baht, in order to use as the circulated capital to support the business growth.

- On March 2015, the Company moved the Head Offices to the new offices which located at PraRam-2 Road, SaMeaDam Sub-district, Bangkuntien District, Bangkok.
- Under the resolution of the No. 7/2015 Board of Company Directors Meeting, dated 8 September 2015, the board approved to increase the registered capital to 550 million baht, by the method of proposed sales of 800 million ordinary-shares, at the price of 0.10 baht per share.
- On October 2015, the Company invested in the Vending Corporation Co., Ltd. (“VDC”) at the proportion of 60.08% of the authorized fully-paid registered capital.

- On 27 February 2014, the Company registered at the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and proposed to sell the shares by Initial Public Offering (IPO), for 100 million shares, at the proposed selling price 2.50 baht per share, Par Value : 0.50 baht per share.
- In the No. 1/2014 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, dated 27 October 2014, the Meeting issued the resolution to change the par value of the Company ordinary share to 0.10 baht per share.

- Amended the management of the Group Companies, by terminating the operations of the total of 3 Minor-companies and combined the whole business operation under the Crown Tech Advance (Public) Co. Ltd.
- In the No. 1/2013 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, dated 11 July 2013, the Meeting issued the resolution to change the par value of the Company ordinary share to 0.50 baht per share.

- Increased the registered capital to 225 million baht, in order to use as the circulated capital to support for the growth of the business.
- Amended the structures of the Company : by combined the Siam Advance Electronic Co., Ltd., the T & C Advance Electronic Co., Ltd. and the Happy Import & Export Co., Ltd., to be the minor-company of the Company. The Company purchased the shares which belonged to the original share-holders of the minor-company, at the par-value per share which was higher than the book-value per share.
